Actress Priya Anand has been time and again linked up with Atharva Murali. The duo who are acting together in Irumbu Kuthirai have been romantically linked up by almost every daily and magazine there is.There even some rumors which said Priya Anand has influenced Atharva's professional decisions including his recent one to fire his managers who have been working since the time of his late father Actor Murali.
Priya Anand in a media interaction thrashed those rumors stating she was not in love with Anyone, Priya went on to clarify that Atharva was just a good friend who she spends time with and is a very good person at heart and a decent man.

Favourite co-star
Sridevi! I’ve always idolised her since I was a child. Among the boys? Gautham Karthik.
You want to work with
Karthik. Yes, Gautham’s dad, the Navarasa Nayagan. I think he’s the most handsome man to ever grace the screen. I think everyone who knows about my crush on him is embarrassed. (giggles)
Friends in the industry
Atharvaa, Vishakha and Nandita who I became friends with during Ethir Neechal.
Perfect holiday spot
Any place that is quiet, with no traffic. Kerala. When I go abroad, it’s all about shopping, of course.
Ideal date night
A very low-key affair, could be just watching a movie together. I hate public spaces.
Hobbies
Well, like every good little south Indian girl, I too learnt to sing, but I don’t sing anymore. I’m a huge movie buff and love going to the cinemas. When my shoot was cancelled during Pongal, I was super excited that I could watch all the new releases.
Boyfriend one day, some day
I’ll tell you why I’m single — all my friends are people I’ve known since I was a kid. I don’t party or socialise much. And most of my co-stars are married. Maybe I’ll just let my parents do all the research and find me someone. They already think I’m too much of a loser to land a guy on my own.

What's Priya Anand Salary Now ?
G.V Prakash Kumar's Pencil movie has already made a huge buzz in K'Town. The interesting first look posters of GV and Sri Divya were appreciated by critics and fans. Sources have now conjured up a interesting take on why Priya Anand was replaced by Sri Divya.
Fans would be well aware that it was Priya Anand who was originally initially cast alongside GV, Due to unavailability of call-sheet, the actress pulled out. This was initial story that came out. However sources now reveal that it was not due to unavailability of call-sheet but it was an issue in regard to Priya Anand's salary.
Sources add until Vanakkam Chennai, Priya Anand was not too keen on Salary issues, But post-Vanakkam Chennai, the actress has considerably raised her salary and demanded 40 lakhs to star in Pencil. When the makers refused, the actress simply said no to the movie. It was at this point did the makers sign Sri Divya for a much less salary.
