It's Official Siva Karthikeyan replaces Dhanush !

It's official now, Siva Karthikeyan will be playing a cop in his upcoming film "Taana". The film will be directed by RS.Durai Senthil who earlier directed Sivakarthikeyan's Ethir Neechal. Dhanush's Wunderbar Films will produce this movie.

Sri Divya who earlier paired up with Siva Karthikeyan in Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam will be re-uniting with the rising star again. Taana will have Anirudh Ravichander's Music and Cinematography by Sukumar of Kumki Fame.

It's worth mentioning that Dhanush was initially supposed to do the lead role in the movie but pulled out and opted to produce the movie instead.

It's Sridivya For this Actor Yet again

It's known fact that the Ethir Neechal team are reuniting once again as promised at the success meet of the movie. Director Durai Senthil, actor Sivakarthikeyan and producer Dhanush — is all set to reunite for a project. The latest buzz is that Priya Anand might be the only one to miss out on the project due to her previous commitments and the makers have hence approached Sridivya to play the lead in it. 

A source close to the project says, "Sivakarthikeyan and Sridivya's chemistry on screen was much appreciated in Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam. So, the team of this yet-to-be-titled film had approached her to play the female lead. While she has given her nod for the project, final terms and other details have to be agreed upon. An official announcement will be made soon." 

Actress Sridivya currently holds Pencil with GV Prakash, Suseenthiran's Veera Dheera Sooran and Eetti with Atharvaa.

Siva Karthikeyan Movie Goes to Bollywood !

Actor Siva Karthikeyan's Varupathadatha Valibar Sangam was one of the few blockbuster of Year 2013. Directed by Ponram, the movie established debutant Sri Divya and took Siva Karthikeyan's career to all new heights. Now the latest incoming report is that the movie is now heading to Bollywood. Yes Director Susi Ganesan has acquired its Hindi Remake rights.

Susi Ganesan whose last movie in Kollywood was Chiyaan Vikram's Kandhasamy recently directed the  Hindi remake of the his own Tamil film Thiruttu Payale (2006) titled Shortcut Romeo. The Director revealed that for VVS Bollywood remake, he will only be producing the film and a Debutant director will wield the megaphone instead.
