Anirudh Ravichander, the young maestro is currently the hottest property in Kollywood after delivering yet another smashing album in Maan Karate. The young music director's next album is Vijay 57 which features Vijay, Samantha and Neil Nitin Mukesh from Bollywood.

Director A.R.Murugadoss revealed few intresting tit-bits on what he wanted Anirudh to do for Vijay 57 at the music launch of Maan Karate, "When i met Anirudh for Vijay 57, I laid down one condition to him, which was to incorporate all the fresh ideas for compositions for Vijay 57 album, Whatever idea popped up to him even during of other movie compositions i told him to keep it secret and use it for Vijay 57 instead, But after listening to Maan Karate audio i feel he has done everything i liked in this album too and i want him to even better this album for Vijay 57". 

A.R.M also added that Anirudh had already composed one song for Vijay 57 which has been shot (Chennai Airport) and another song is in composition. Ayngaran and Lyca are jointly producing Vijay 57 which has officially announced as the most expensive film of Vijay's career till date.

Director Shankar Reveals his Favourite Movie !

Director Shankar who is currently busy into the post production of his Magnum opus Ai found some time to grace the Maan Karate audio launch which happened yesterday.

Director Shankar who spoke at the launch said he was huge fan of A.R.Murugadoss's Thuppaki with Ilayathalapathy and it revealed it was also his favourite movie. Shankar went on add that he admired A.R.M's writing skills and said he was a fan of Anirudh's compositions.

Shankar concluded his speech saying the lead hero of the movie Siva Karthikeyan will soon reach the top tier hero's list soon.

It's Thala for A.R.Murugadoss after Vijay 57 ?

As SS Music reported yesterday there was a huge buzz that A.R.Murugadoss next after Vijay 57 might be a straight Telugu film starring either Mahesh Babu or Ram Charan Teja. It was A.R.M who started this buzz during the promotion of Telugu dubbed version of Raja Rani in Hyderabad when he stated that he was huge Mahesh Babu fan and expressed his interest to do a straight Telugu film next year.

A leading portal has however denied the development stating A.R.M's next would definitely be a Tamil film and it will most probably be with Ajith. According to the report Murugadoss will work on a script for film titled Thala which he has scripted exclusively for Ajith. It's worth mentioning that before Vijay 57 took off, there were rumors that Murugadoss next was Rettai Thala with Ajith, however the rumors never materialized. 

Ajith was A.R.Murugadoss's first Hero in his debut film Dheena and this would be a great re-union for the ace director and Thala hero.

The much anticipated re-union of the Thuppakki Duo has got the entire Kollywood buzzing, The team of A.R.Murugadoss and Vijay are currently on the fourth schedule in Hyderabad,The latest buzz is that Neil Nitin Mukesh will play the main antagonist role in the film. 

Earlier there reports that Bengali actor Tota Roy had been signed up to play the antagonist role however A.R.Murugadoss dismissed those reports stating Tota Roy was just filling in for a chase sequence which was being shot in Kolkata and he is yet to sign the main Villain for the film.

The Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh is known for his roles in  Johnny Gaddaar, Players, David.

• Vijay 57's fourth schedule began yesterday in Begumpet near Hyderabad, Shoots will continue till the month-end in Hyderabad.
• There is a buzz going around that Vijay 57 may have been titled as 'Dheeran'. There is no official confirmation yet.

A.R.Murugadoss reveals his next after Vijay 57 !

One of ace director of Kollywood A.R.Murugadoss is currently busy with Vijay 57 and also into the post-production of his Bollywood remake of Thupakki titled Holiday with Akshay Kumar. 

The Ghajini director in a recent public interaction revealed few info on his next movie. A.R.M revealed his next would a straight telugu film and will be soon narrating scripts to both Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan Teja. 

A.R.Murugadoss has already directed one telugu movie in Stalin starring Chiranjeevi which was recently remade by Salman Khan in Bollywood as Jai Ho.

If Reports are to be believed, Vijay fans are in for a treat on Tamil New Year's day, yes the latest buzz is that the first look poster of Vijay 57 which is directed by A.R.Murugadoss will be revealed on April 14th.

The untitled flick produced by Ayngaran International and Lyca Productions is currently progressing in Hyderabad. Vijay 57 stars Samantha as the heroine and Sathish of Ethirneechal fame acts in a pivotal role. Music is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander and George C.Williams works as the Cinematographer.

The movie itself has been officially confirmed as Diwali 2014 release.

Our SS Music fans will be well aware that few weeks before Tota Roy who claimed himself as the main antagonist for Vijay 57 leaked the entire storyline in a recent interview.

The director of Vijay 57, A.R.Murugadoss has however thrashed that the interview stating, Toto Roy is not the main villain in the movie and they are actually still on the lookout  for the main anatognist and they will reveal the official cast soon. A.R.Murugadoss also added that the actual storyline is very different to what Toto Roy revealed in that interview.

Vijay 57 is currently slated for Diwali release.

Vijay 57 with A.R.Murugadoss is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year 2014. The majestic success of Thupakki has created a buzz for this movie which is absolutely unmatchable. This project which is currently being shot in Chennai Airport runway is still without an official title. There were recent rumors that Athiradi was the title of the movie, A.R.Murugadoss thrashed those rumors citing yes they were considering Athiradi and Vaal but nothing has been fixed yet.

Now there is now another scoop coming out a reliable source that the title Dheeran is also being under consideration. Incidentally Dheeran was one the titles which was also going around when Arrambam was untilted.

 An official word about the title is still being awaited.

After delivering one of the biggest blockbuster of the decade, The dynamic duo of A.R.Murugadoss and Ilayathalapathy Vijay have reunited for yet another action blockbuster. The film produced by Ayngaran International sees Vijay donning the dual role.

As we earlier reported this movie has already been officially announced as the biggest of Vijay's career in terms of budget. Sources add when producers initially approached A.R.M they requested him to lower his remuneration considering the huge budget. However the ace director has apparently said his last film was a huge success and he would not reduce his remuneration.

The producers then met Vijay and explained the situation and requested him to reduce his remuneration,The actor has reportedly agreed to take a reduced remuneration considering the huge production budget. In order to make this movie financially feasible it's now been jointly produced by Ayngaran International and Lyca Productions.

Ace Director A.R.Murugadoss is apparently upset over the storyline of Vijay 57 which has leaked out. The director who wanted to keep the entire film a top secret did not even want to publicize the commencement of the project in Kolkata earlier this month.

However the story of the movie was leaked by the bengali actor Tota Roy who plays the villain role in the movie. Sources add A.R.Murugadoss has expressed his displeasure and has made immediate changes to the story to keep up the suspense factor.

A.R.Murugadoss's movies always shed equal limelight to both the protagonist and the antagonist roles in the movie and hence the ace director is very choosy in selecting his actors. For Vijay 57, A.R.M has selected a bengali actor Tota Roy to play the antagonist role in the movie.

Tota Roy went on reveal that he plays an international gangster Vivek Banerjee and inorder to arrest Tota, Police seek Vijay's help who is actually a criminal mastermind in Kolkata. When Tota gets arrested as per Vijay's plan he then breaks out the jail and seeks revenge against Vijay. Tota then finds Vijay only to later discover that this Vijay was just a dummy of original criminal master mind (also played by Vijay). 

Tota further revealed that they have shot some scenes in the first schedule along with Vijay and they will shooting some of the upcoming schedules in Rajahmundry, Hyderabad for the jail sequence.

A Movie that moved A.R.Murugadoss to tears !

One of the leading Director of Kollywood A.R.Murugadoss has moved to tears after watching Kamban Kazhagam, A movie directed by his former assistant director Ashokan. The movie stars several newcomers alongside some experienced actors like Kishore and Jayaprakash. 

Ashokan wanted to showcase the film's first copy to his mentor and guru A.R.Murugadoss and hence the screening was arranged, ARM who saw the movie was absolutely moved to tears. The director said every scene was emotionally craved and added Engeyum Eppodhum which he produced was very small in comparison to the the grand scale of this movie that too with only newcomers. The ace director also praised the dialogues of the movie and predicted it would be huge highlight of the entire film.

The latest buzz is that A.R.Murugadoss has himself confirmed that they are indeed considering two titles in Vaal (Sword) and Aam and the official confirmation will only be made after the title has been fixed.

Multiple sources have also reported that this project will be Vijay's biggest in terms of budget. Produced by Ayngaran, The movie stars Vijay, Samantha and Satheesh of Ethir Neechal fame and Music by our young rockstar Anirudh Ravichander. Considering the salary of Vijay, A.R.Murugadoss and Samantha that itself amounts of several crores.

The story of the movie is based on the happenings in Kolkata which amounts to further crores being spent. Considering all the factors one can safely say that this will indeed be the biggest project of Vijay's career and is expected to be a Diwali 2014 release. A.R.Murugadoss Talks about his Next FIlm with Vijay

The Ace Director of Kollywood A.R.Murugadoss is all set to re-unite with Ilayathalapathy Vijay after their magnum opus in Thuppakki movie. The director who spoke at the Ner Ethir Audio launch revealed some details regarding this much anticipated movie, A.R.M said "Selecting a title for a film is very very difficult and  Ner Ethir is very catchy title. Though i have locked the script for my new film with Vijay and are about to start shooting, Till now i have finalized the title".  Murugadoss went on add that "Thanu is a mother like producer and he withstood every problem they encountered during Thuppakki". 

AR Murugadoss next film with Vijay will be produced by Ayngaran and shooting is expected to commence from the month of February.
