Mahesh Babu the reason why Samantha was Turned down ?

There is currently a rumor going around in K'town that Samantha was the first choice for Mani Ratnam's upcoming movie but was later replaced with Shruti Haasan heeding to Mahesh Babu's decision. Tollywood insiders reported that the 'regressive' poster incident between Sam and Mahesh Babu did not go well with the actor and hence wanted Mani Ratnam to replace her.

It's worth mentioning that Samantha was also the first choice for Mani Ratnam's Kadal but was unable to take up the movie due to her skin issues and Mani Ratnam wanted to offer the role in his upcoming film to Samantha once again. However Sam in a recent media interaction said it was just a baseless rumor  “No, no one from Mani Ratnam sir’s office approached me for his next film.”

Mani Ratnam movie reportedly features Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu, Aishwarya Rai, Shruti Haasan, Fahadh Fasil and Nazriya.

Look Who's the Villain in Vijay 57 ?

The much anticipated re-union of the Thuppakki Duo has got the entire Kollywood buzzing, The team of A.R.Murugadoss and Vijay are currently on the fourth schedule in Hyderabad,The latest buzz is that Neil Nitin Mukesh will play the main antagonist role in the film. 

Earlier there reports that Bengali actor Tota Roy had been signed up to play the antagonist role however A.R.Murugadoss dismissed those reports stating Tota Roy was just filling in for a chase sequence which was being shot in Kolkata and he is yet to sign the main Villain for the film.

The Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh is known for his roles in  Johnny Gaddaar, Players, David.

• Vijay 57's fourth schedule began yesterday in Begumpet near Hyderabad, Shoots will continue till the month-end in Hyderabad.
• There is a buzz going around that Vijay 57 may have been titled as 'Dheeran'. There is no official confirmation yet.
• The First look poster of the movie is expected to be out on Tamil New Year's Day.
• Director Venkat Prabhu had this tweet on Vijay 57

Samantha Issues Death threat !

The Ponvasantham of Kollywood is currently acting alongside Vijay and Surya in two biggest movies of the year and sultry siren is also rumored to have been roped for Thala 55 with Gautham Menon. The actress has issued death threat !
Yes Samantha's diary is chock-a-block, has been persistently pressuring her manager, producers for break but in vain. Since her schedule is tight, she has tried every possible way to bully her manager and finally got couple of days rest. She has headed to London to enjoy her holidays.

Anjaan's First Look teaser to be Launched on ?

Surya's Anjaan is without doubt is one of the highly anticipated movies of the year, Directed by Lingusamy the movie will not be short of fast paced commercial blocks. Samantha Ruth Prabhu plays Surya's love interest while the music for the film is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Santhosh Sivan's Cinematography will definitely be one the biggest highlights of the movie.

The latest buzz on Anjaan is that the first look teaser of the film is expected to release on 11th April along with the theatrical release of Naan Sigappu Manithan.
