Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam is an upcoming movie which is written and directed by Parthiban. The actor cum director has roped in several stars for the movie namely Vijay Sethupathi, Prakash Raj, Arya, Amala and Nazriya.

Parthiban confirmed the above stating, "Prakash Raj, Arya, Amala Paul and Nazriya have given their consent. In fact, Arya and Amala also shot for it; they will be seen in a cute love story in the film. I've spoken with some other industry folks too, and most of them have agreed to be part of the film. While some will appear as themselves in the film, others will be playing characters in it."

Interestingly this is the first feature film which is directed by Parthiban in which he doesn't play the lead role.

The movie Nazriya Wasn't very keen on doing

Actor Vikram Prabhu and Nazriya Nazim will be coming together for the tamil remake of Ustad Hotel which is directed by Sathyasiva of Kazhugu fame. The director in a recent interview to The Times of India revealed how he convinced Nazriya to be part of the movie.

"Nazriya was not keen on doing the film initially. She told me that though Nithya didn't have many sequences in the original, she had done a great job. And Nazriya was unsure if she would be able to do better than her in the Tamil version. But I narrated the script that I'd written for the Tamil version. The heroine has a lot of scope to perform in this one, and I've also explored the romantic angle between the lead pair. Only after this was Nazriya convinced about her role and agreed to be part of it. 

While the original was set in the backdrop of a Muslim family, only Rajkiran will play a Muslim character in this one. We will start shooting in Kozhikode and Kochi first, and continue filming in Puducherry and Madurai, among other places. Charlie, Thambi Ramiah and Soori are also part of the cast."

Nazriya Nazim reveals her Valentine's day plans

Headline Heroine Nazriya Nazim in a recent interview to the Times of India has revealed her Valentine's Day plans. The actress who recently got engaged to Fahad Fazil said  "I will soon head to Bangalore for the shoot of Anjali Menon's Bangalore Days, which will be completed in a few days,We won't be together as both of us are busy with film shoots. Fahadh has completed his portions in Anjali's film and is currently shooting for another project." 

Nazriya who is getting married in August said "I have not yet decided on what to wear on my D-Day. I am looking for something unique; I want to look different."

Nazriya also revealed Fahadh was her favourite star in the industry. "He is my favourite star and I have seen all his films, except Olipporu." Nazriya says she has no plans to discontinue her studies and will pursue B.Com privately.

Actress Nazriya and Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil are currently the hot couple in town. The duo have officially announced that their engagement will take place on 14th of February while their Marriage will happen on 14th of August. 

Nazriya spoke to the Chennai Times on this regard, Here is the extract from the interview "Yes, I am getting married to Fahadh Faasil. It was actually our parents who initiated the marriage proposal. Then, we both got to know each other on the set of our current film. We both fell in love and then said 'yes' to our parents for the wedding. The wedding will take place in August. Everything fell in place in just a couple of months." Adds the actress, "I've known Fahadh's dad (Fazil uncle) since childhood."

"I like everything about him (Fahadh) ! Actually, I talk a lot with my co-stars, but somehow I was quiet when he (Fahadh) was around. I did not talk much with him (laughs). But somehow, love happened. My gut feeling told me that he was my man."

"Fahadh is cool about me acting in films after marriage, But, I'm yet to decide on that. I am completing my current projects and have not signed on any new ones for now."

Hello all, just woke up as I was shooting late. YES I am getting engaged to Nazriya. Marrying me is the biggest risk, gamble and sacrifice a girl will have to do with her life. And finally I met this girl who wanted to take the chance and give me a home. My family loved her, hence I got chatting with her and I fell in love with her. I am taking the big step here fellows, and much to my surprise I have agreed to a traditional wedding. I swear this girl has changed me. She is magic. I am overwhelmed by the love, support, thoughts and wishes you guys have shared this morning. I promise to love nazriya and take care of her till death and beyond. 

Fahadh's Father talks about Nazriya Nazim

The news everyone is talking about today has to be the marriage  Fahadh and Nazriya. Here is what Fahadh's father, director Fazil had to say about the decision on getting Fahadh and Nazriya married to each other.

"The marriage between Fahadh and Nazriya came to me as a dream about a month and half ago. Now I heard that they are going to act in a movie together. Nazriya is a very homely girl. I know her from when she was a kid. I called her parents and asked them if we could go ahead with this relationship. They were ready to think about it, just that they were not sure if Fahadh and Nazriya would be interested in the marriage.

After we, parents, decided on this, we spoke to Fahadh. My wife told him, that marriage has to be a strong bonding relationship till the end. I spoke to Fahadh and Nazriya and advised them to think very well before accepting the proposal and not to accept it out of excitement.

I asked them to take as much time as they wanted without going past any limit. Fahadh felt she is a very homely girl. The exact words he used was, 'she is magic'. Nazriya also seemed to be equally excited. So, we parents thought of deciding on further proceedings. We decided on a tentative date sometime in August.

This era is dominated by the social media. I felt the news would lose its grace if it comes out before we announce it. That is why we decided on things and let the press know about it. 

I have asked Fahadh and Nazriya to be prepared to answer questions from the media. As parents, we thought that this relationship will work and have guided them too. The rest is on their shoulders. I congratulate both Fahadh and Nazriya and wish them good luck."

Fans here is the breaking news, Actress Nazriya Nazim is all set to marry Fahad Faasil in August later this year. The Marriage is said to be arranged by both Nazriya and Fahad's Family. Fahad Faasil is the son of popular director Fahil who directed the love classic Kadhalukku Mariyadhai.

Fahad was earlier in the news when the actor openly proposed his love to Andrea Jeremiah.

Official Complaint on Anirudh for Irresponsible Conduct

As SS Music earlier reported Anirudh Ravichander was announced as the Music Director for Balaji Mohan's Vaai Moodi Pesavum. However reports then claimed that Anirudh had dropped out of the project due to his prior commitments.

Now an official statement has been released by Radiance Media the production house of Vaai Moodi Pesuvam claiming irresponsible conduct by music director Anirudh.

In a letter addressed to the President of Tamil Film Producers Council, KR, Radiance Media stated that Anirudh had been behaving indifferently and has not shown intent to return the advance. The issued statement also read, “This irresponsible conduct by Mr. Anirudh not only caused our movie to be delayed but also caused us mental agony. Further, we learnt from reliable sources that besides ditching us in the last minute, Mr. Anirudh is also involving himself in politicking, bickering and badmouthing about our movie.”

Radiance Media have requested intervention from the Producers Council to ensure that their alleged advance money to Anirudh is recovered at the earliest.

A Ban on Raja Rani Movie ?

It's known fact that Director Atlee's Raja Rani is one of biggest blockbusters of year 2013, The makers organized a grand function recently to mark its 100th day function. Now all of a sudden a Erode based Air Voice Info-Com has filed a case against the movie.

Siva Kumar of the Air Voice info-com has alleged that the film has misused his company's name and has asked the court to ban the film and not to telecast it in any TV channel. It's worth mentioning that Jai was shown as a customer care representative of Air Voice Mobiles in the movie.

The court has accepted Sivakumar's case for hearing. It's indeed strange to see someone seeking a ban on a movie that has crossed 100 days already.
